Privacy policy for Asynco Pro
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Asynco Pro (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of our website asynco.pro (collectively referred to as the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Services offered by Asynco Pro LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address and, if you add them, a profile photo and an "about me" text.
- Your work: your check-ins (including mood and blockers), goals and time off. Your manager and teammates see them in the app.
- Signed-in devices: for each device you sign in on, the browser and system it reports (for example "Chrome on macOS"), when it signed in and when it was last used. Settings lists them, and you can sign any of them out there.
- Server logs: your email address and IP address when you sign in or use the app, to keep the Services secure and to fix problems. Logs are kept for a limited time, then deleted.
- Payments: Polar.sh handles payment. We keep your plan and subscription status, never your card.
Use of personal information
We use the personal information we collect solely to provide and improve our Services, including:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To personalize your experience and deliver relevant content.
- To communicate with you, including responding to your requests.
- To send important notices regarding your account or our policies.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Cookies and tracking
- One sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. It lasts 60 days and renews while you use the app. Without it you cannot sign in.
- Our analytics (Umami, run on our own server) counts visits without cookies.
- Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies and tells Meta which pages you visit (see "Third-party services").
- Your browser remembers your theme and sidebar choice, on your device only.
Sharing of personal information
We may share personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who help us run the Services: payment processing (Polar.sh), email (Resend and OneSignal), artificial intelligence processing of check-in content (Google Gemini), and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). Our analytics run on our own server.
- With your consent or at your direction.
- In response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.
- A team member: your account, photo, signed-in devices and time off are erased 30 days after you delete your account. The check-ins and goals you wrote stay with your team, shown as written by "Former Member".
- A manager: deleting your account deletes the whole workspace. You have 30 days to restore it. After that, every check-in, goal, member and summary in it is erased, and we email you when it is done.
- A sign-in ends after 60 days without use. The IP addresses we use to limit sign-in attempts are deleted after an hour.
Children's privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
Your rights and choices
You have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. You can change your name, email address and photo, and delete your account, in Settings. For a copy of your data, email us at and we will send it within 30 days. For anything else, contact us at the same address.
Third-party services
Advertising: We use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand user actions on our site. Meta Pixel sets cookies and sends data to Meta for conversion tracking and audience insights. See Meta's Privacy Policy for details.
Payments: We use Polar.sh as our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information.
AI processing: When your team turns on AI features (daily summaries and AI search), check-in content is sent to Google's Gemini API, acting as a data processor on our behalf. We use Google's paid service, so Google does not use it to train its models. Google may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse, then deletes it. For AI search we also store a numeric version of each check-in in our own database; it is deleted with the check-in.
GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, CalOPPA compliance
We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and CalOPPA. If you are a resident of California or the EEA, you may have additional rights. Please contact us for more information.
